As you have noticed by now, we like to keep things simple. Pixie has a flat-fee per month – for everyone, no matter how many clients or staff you have. There are no additional fees or hidden costs.
Pixie was designed to get you started quickly, instead of spending weeks customising workflows. Once you connect Pixie to your inbox, you can create clients and jobs based on those emails. As you get more comfortable with the platform, you can explore our automations that will make your life so much easier. Customise them to your taste, or use them exactly as they are.
No. We don’t ask for your card details up-front. You decide when you are ready to start your Pixie subscription. If you want to continue using Pixie after the trial, we will ask you for payment details. If not, leave it and the trial will cancel automatically, deleting all your trial data.
Absolutely! There are no minimum contracts with Pixie, you can cancel at any time without penalty. And if you pre-paid for a year, we’ll refund the unused months as per our Fair Refund policy.
No. Unlike most other practice management software, we don’t charge you based on how many people are in your team.
Yes! We are here to support you and your business. If it’s taking off, rest assured we will not charge extra for it. In fact, we’re delighted to see your business grow with Pixie!
