Do you offer discounts?

Yes, when you pay for a year upfront, you get 2 months free (~15% discount). Also if you are a sole practitioner with no other staff, we’d love to help you get your business off the ground! Please write us a quick email about your business and we'll give you a 60% discount on your first year.

What forms of payment are possible?

You can subscribe to Pixie using any major credit card. If you live in the UK or the EU, you also have the option to pay by direct debit.

Will I be charged when the trial ends?

No. We don’t ask for your card details up-front. You decide when you are ready to start your Pixie subscription. If you want to continue using Pixie after the trial, we will ask you for payment details. If not, leave it and the trial will cancel automatically, deleting all your trial data.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely! There are no minimum contracts with Pixie, you can cancel at any time without penalty. And if you pre-paid for a year, we’ll refund the unused months as per our Fair Refund policy.

What if I need a few more days to evaluate Pixie?

No problem, just tell us that you would like to extend your trial for another week and we will make it happen.

Will I pay extra for more people?

No. Unlike most other practice management software, we don’t charge you based on how many people are in your team.

Can I have as many clients as I like?

Yes! We are here to support you and your business. If it’s taking off, rest assured we will not charge extra for it. In fact, we’re delighted to see your business grow with Pixie!
