We know that getting started with a new practice management app can take time.
You have to import and set up all of your clients, and then set up the different job templates and workflows, all before you can start working through tasks.
Our updated task management feature solves that challenge.
Now, you can set tasks and jobs up quickly and effortlessly, without the need to assign them to clients or pre-configure your job templates and workflows.
You can add tasks on the go, in seconds, like when a client calls and asks for something, or when one of your team members asks you to review something. Once they're added, you can then choose to allocate them to specific clients and jobs later.
Better yet, if you're currently using tools like Asana or Trello to manage tasks that aren't client specific e.g. organise a team meeting, or write a piece of content for your website, these can now be added as tasks in Pixie in your main to-do list. No more chopping and changing between apps to see what's on your plate for the day, it will all be there in one easy to access place.
