Back in September 2019, we had an idea...

We wanted to create a piece of content that was so valuable that it wasn't just read once, but rather picked up and read time and time again in order to find new ideas and learn new ways of doing things.

And so, The Practice Owner's Playbook was born.

We interviewed 26 different practice owners from all over the UK. Some of them have been in practice for 10+ years, others have been going for less than 12 months. Some are growing large teams of people. Others are staying small and agile.

We asked them questions such as:

• What are you doing to win more clients?
• How are you recruiting and retaining high quality staff?
• What systems do you have in place that make life easier?
• What have been the biggest lessons you've learned so far?

And then we took all of this information (and believe me, there was A LOT) and condensed it down into a 58-page playbook.
